Al & Drew Downer Memorial Golf Tournament

The Al & Drew Downer Memorial Golf Tournament is held in honour of two remarkable members of the Mt. Brydges community whose passion, dedication, and love of sport left a lasting impact on countless lives. Drew Downer was a respected coach and mentor whose enthusiasm and leadership helped shape the Mount Brydges Bulldogs, while his father, Al, was a steadfast supporter, volunteer, and friend whose commitment to the team and community spanned decades. Together, they exemplified the values of sportsmanship, family, and community spirit that this tournament proudly celebrates.

The 2026 edition of the memorial tournament will be help on Saturday, August 29 at Echo Valley Golf Course.
