The Provincial Junior Hockey League and its Board of Directors are pleased to give Notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Members of the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) pursuant to Section 5b: Meetings in the Members’ Manual of Operations Rules & Regulations.
In keeping with the advice of local and provincial health units across Ontario that recommend limiting large gatherings of people, this meeting will be held via electronic meeting (Zoom or similar) on:

The purpose of this meeting is to transact the following business Agenda:
1. To approve revised and amended By-laws as attached/included
[Note that amendments of the presented By-laws may be made at a Special Meeting of Members by Ordinary Resolution (50%+1) of the voting members based on votes cast. A Special Resolution (2/3) of the voting Members, based on votes cast, is required to adopt the new By-laws (as amended)].
2. To approve the transition plan required to comply with the new By-laws
This meeting is called by the Board of Directors of the PJHL.
