Saturday, December 21 vs Thamesford (5-4 OTL)

The initial frame saw the Bulldogs emerge the better. The scoring frenzy began at 2:56 through Ben Landers (Nolan Burnside, Noah Cameron). The Trojans replied just shy of four minutes later to tie the contest through Yusuf Jomaa at 6:46. Ben Landers would not be outdone as he deposited his second of the evening via the power-play at 12:54 (Logan Gianelli, Alex Laszlo).

Alex Laszlo added a short-handed marker at 14:21 of the middle frame. Logan Forster contributed the lone assist. Moments later, at 15:36, Andrew Kalantzakos brought the Trojans to within one goal. Carter Musselman, at 17:01, ensured that the score was even at three after forty.

The Ben Landers (Nolan Griffiths, Noah Cameron, hat-trick goal, 4:40) show continued in the third period, again via the power-play, to propel the home side ahead by a paw. Andrew Kalantzakos brought the score back to even at 11:05.

Just 4:40 into the extra frame, a wraparound attempt was made successful through Ewan Meiklejohn.

Aiden Berry stopped 34 of 39 in the Bulldogs crease.

Sunday, December 22 vs Lucan (2-1 L)

Looking to right their course, the Bulldogs hosted the Lucan Irish to round out the weekend.

Logan Gianelli (Ben Landers, Nolan Griffiths) kicked things off in positive fashion to push the home side ahead. In addition to being up one after twenty minutes of play, the shot clock looked favourably on the home team via an 18-8 tally.

However, the second period belonged to the Irish who slid ahead of their hosts through Kam Korab (14:00) and Spencer Sutter (14:35).

Despite outshooting the Irish 21-6 in the third period, the Bulldogs could not solve former goaltender, Tyler Teves, in the Irish goal. Teves turned aside 50 of 51 shots peppered his way on a very busy Sunday evening.

Colin Ideson shuffled aside 22 of 24 on the night.
