Mount Brydges, ON – This series can be described as a pure back and forth battle from the words “go” between the Bulldogs and the Flyers. During the time of our Weekend Preview, the series was at 2:1 in favour of the Flyers. After this past weekend, the series tally is now at 3:2 Petrolia.
All eyes will be on Mount Brydges on Tuesday night from the Tri-Township Arena. The puck drops at 8:00PM.

Thursday, March 13 at Petrolia (3-2 L)
A Ryan Richardson goal at 17:57 of the third period lifted the Flyers over the Bulldogs last Thursday evening. The home side out-shot the Bulldogs by a final count of 50-34. Aiden Berry stopped 47. Goals for the away side came from Logan Forster (Deacon Kroesbergen, Callum Statchuk) and Jack Uniac (Nathan Lavender, Noah Cameron).
Saturday, March 15 vs Petrolia (6-4 W)
The Bulldogs carried out the tradition of the series as the home side earned the win. Bulldogs goals came from Ben Landers (Noah Cameron, Tim Jozsa), Nolan Griffiths (Alex Laszlo, Ben Landers, PP), Nolan Griffiths (Noah Cameron, Alex Laszlo, PP), Callum Statchuk (Logan Forster), Logan Gianelli (Noah Cameron, Tim Jozsa), and Jack Uniac (Aiden Berry, Nolan Griffiths, EN). Aiden Berry turned aside 39 of 43 shots.
Sunday, March 16 at Petrolia (3-2 L)
An intense game five saw Austin Harper win the game for the Flyers at 12:57 of the final period. Bulldogs goals came from Ben Landers (Nathan Lavender, Justin Zirul) and Logan Forster (Deacon Kroesbergen, Tyler Boere). Logan Griffiths stymied 40 of 43 shots peppered his way.
