Mount Brydges, ON – The Battle of 81 season series is tied at 1-1 after this past weekend. The Bulldogs, with a short bench, were able to skate away with a 4-3 overtime victory. With the win, the team improves to 4-6-1.
Highlights:
– Logan Gianelli scored the overtime winner at 1:47 of the extra frame
– Eli Dalal scored his first career goal
– Stephen Burnett and Nathan VanHooydonk earned their first point each on the Dalal goal
– Josh Purtill earned his second win of the season
