Welcome: Reid Lovecky

Mount Brydges, ON – The Mount Brydges Bulldogs Junior Hockey Club is pleased to welcome 2005-born defenseman Reid Lovecky.

The London-native has officially put pen to paper for the Mount Brydges Bulldogs ahead of the 2025-2026 season. Lovecky was picked up by the Bulldogs on August 11, 2025 from the Aylmer Spitfires.

Lovecky’s junior hockey career officially began during the 2022-2023 season with the Strathroy Rockets of the Greater Ontario Hockey League. He would play at the Junior B level for two seasons from 2022 to 2024. In total – regular season and playoffs – Lovecky made 87 appearances in the GOJHL.

During the 2024-2025 season, Lovecky found his way to a divisional rival in the Thamesford Trojans. After 24 games-played with the Trojans, the Aylmer Spitfires acquired the defenseman for a short stint down the stretch. In total – regular season and playoffs – Lovecky has produced 3 goals and 8 assists across 31 games of work in the PJHL.
